특징/ Characteristic
그라파이트 시트를 일정한 치수로 타발 가공한 제품으로 플랜지면에 우수하며 온도 변화에 대한 반응이 거의 없으므로 폭넓은 용도에 사용될 수 있으며 석면시트의 대용품으로 개발된 제품이며, 사용압력과 사용조건에 따라 316S.S 타공판이나 기타 특수한 금속 Sheet를 보강재로 넣어 고압, 고열에서도 충분한 밀봉효과를 나타낼 수 있게 만든 제품으로 주문자의 요구에 따라 제작하는 제품이다.

주의
1. 일부 타원형은 R3가 명시되어야 한다.
2. 타원형 및 트랙형은 "A"가 40mm이상 다이아몬드형, 사각형은 60mm이상 되어야 한다.
3. A/B는 2/3이상 되어야 한다.

EX 시리즈 가스켓은 열교환기용으로 설계, 제작된다.
가스켓과 가스켓 안쪽 Hoop의 주위홈에 고정된 3.2mm 구경의 SUS304 rod에 용접된 Pass rib로 이루어져 있다.
가지는 4.8mm 구경 및 0.5mm 두께의 SUS321 Tube가 사용된다.
요구에 따라 석면입 메탈자켓 가지가 사용될 수가 있다.
용도에 따라 내륜붙이 혹은 내, 외붙이 형상도 가능하다.
This Ex-Series of gasket is designed and manufactured for multipass heat exchangers.
It is constructed using gasket and pass ribs welded to Ø3.2mm staubkess steek rid if SUS304 fixed in circumferential groove of the gasket inner hoop.The rib is SUS321 stainless steel tube of 4.8mm diameter and 0.5mm wall thickness. Asbestos filled metal jacket rib is also available on request.
Inner ring attached type and inner & outer ring attached type are also recommended for some service conditions.

This type is the original joint design. Contacts flange face at the curved surface and provides a high
reliability seal. But due to its shape, it is harder to achieve accuracy of dimensions and surface finish in
oval type than in octagonal one and also more expensive to make, Reuse is not possible, Complies with
ANSI B16, 20, AP16A, JIS F 7102 510SR, JPI-7S-23-63.

발휘할 수 없는 곳에 사용한다. 밸브 본네트 및 기기에 부착된 플랜지에 주로 사용되고, 기본형, 외륜붙이, 내외륜붙이 등 3가지 형태가 있다.

석면 및 비석면판, 흑연시트와 테프론 등을 충진재로 하고 탄소강, 스텐레스 스틸, 동, F-5 및 각종 Alloy재질을 피복재로 하여 제작한 금속피복 가스켓이다.
이 가스켓은 원형뿐아니라 타원형, 직사각형과 같은 특수한 형태 제작이 가능하고 필요에 따라 열교환기의 가지붙이 가스켓 제작이 용이하므로 관프랜지, 기계 및 열교환기의 조인트와 같은 부분에 광범위하게 사용되고 있다.
씰성의 향상을 위하여 표면에 팽창 흑연 테입을 감은 특수타입의 가스켓에 대한 수요가 최근 점차 늘고 있다.
These gaskets are composed of carefully selected cushion materials such as Asbestos Millboard, Non asbestos Millboard, Graphite Sheet and PTFE with external
metal jacket of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, 5Cr-0.5Mo alloy steel, etc...
They are widely used on piping flanges, joints of machinery and heat exchangers
because they can be fabricated not only to a regular round shape but also to
other irregular shapes such as oval, rectangular, etc. with additional rib or ribs to
seal multi-pass heat exchangers. An increased demand has recently been seen
for a special type having attached expanded graphite tapes on both sealing
faces to increase salability.
